GEORGE HOWARD – STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE COACH / ENDURANCE SPORTS SPECIALIST

George has always been very passionate about health, fitness and an active lifestyle. Growing up he was incredibly active participating in a number of different sports and activities. He became very interested in how he could best train himself and so decided to develop his knowledge by studying Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Leeds. After University he started to develop an urge to participate in tough physical and mental challenges and so decided to cycle 3000 miles to Istanbul from home.

He had aspirations to join the Army as an Officer however after University he had a little hiccup and had to re-evaluate his options. He got hit by a taxi in London and put in a coma and hospital for a month. He had to learn how to read and write again but made a quick recovery and 8 months after his little bump on the head he ran his first Ultra marathon, which was 84 miles across Hadrian’s Wall that took 22hrs to complete. Since then George has been personal training, motivating and influencing clients to reach their full potential.
