Lifting Technique sessions available from January 2019

We have launched a Special Offer for lifting technique sessions which is exclusive ONLY to The Fort Gym members.

The sessions will cover:

  • Back Squat
  • Deadlift
  • Bench Press

The 3 lifts that are of a tremendous benefit whether you train for performance or aesthetics. All 3 can be game changers, however if performed incorrectly, you will miss out on the benefits they offer as well as expose yourself to injuries.

The sessions are designed to cover the optimal technique for all lifts, as well as identify any weak links that can potentially hinder the progress.

They are 45 minutes long each. The clients will leave with knowledge of the correct technique for the main lifts (Back Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press) as well as specific warm ups and accessory work custumised for the specific individual needs. These will target any weaknesses – including lack of mobility, strength or incorrect muscle firing pattern to name a few.
