All our studio classes are designed to improve performance, health & well-being of our clients & supplement work you do on the gym floor. Classes range from yoga, sculpt & stretch, dance, cycle, HIIT, total body conditioning to specialist parkour & calisthenics. All fitness levels welcome. Personal Trainers that can design specific workout routines targeted to meet your unique fitness goals. In addition, they can provide advice on modifications to your current workout program and recommend cross-training techniques that will make your workout not only more exciting but also accelerate the rate at which you obtain your personal fitness goals.

Our S & C coaches focus on advanced programming, athletic development as well as pre & post rehabilitation. We look at specific skills & performance-based needs; to help you reach your goals & leave no stone unturned to keep you at the top of your game. We use methodical & if necessary unorthodox approach, methods that have proven most effective in the field

Master your body, be strong, agile & resilient. Our Parkour & Callisthenics Coach Kevin has over 14 years experience in the field. Are you looking to improve the mobility, body control, strength as well as learn some gymnastics moves? These are the classes for you.

 

We regularly run specialised workshops with the Club &/or Guest coaches, as well as 2 lifting clubs – mixed & female only.

MYZONE is an innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately & conveniently monitor physical activity. The MZ-3 heart rate monitor provide members with instant, accurate effort feedback—from anywhere.

We’ll work with you to fix those aches and pains. Our sports injuries clinics provide you with access to the best possible preventative treatment and rehabilitation services. Available to you is Sports Massage, Physiotherapy and Osteopathy.

The perfect place to relax before or after your workout. Grab a protein shake, snack or vegetable smoothie & chat with the team or other members.

Steam rooms in male & female changing rooms. Using steam room has multiple health benefits. It helps to detox the body & remove toxins, boost circulation, loosen stiff joints. The wet heat from the steam room may help to reduce blood pressure, open up airways & help muscle recovery after training.
