Our goal is to be vital to the local community, helping everyone regardless of age, experience and fitness level to achieve their full potential in fitness, health, vitality and resilience. We educate, assist, guide and encourage our clients using our framework of 5 pillars. As a business we strive to work ethically in our relationships with suppliers, the environment, our staff and the local community. We want to have a lasting positive impact through generations in the local area. We are constantly learning, evolving and will always strive to be better and deliver top class experience and results to all our clients .

OUR FRAMEWORK

As an independently owned and operated gym, we have been servicing the local community for over 11 years. Our approach is designed around 5 central pillars. Strength, Strength Endurance, Weight Management, Calisthenics and Preventative Care. The Fort believes that everyone regardless of current ability, age and experience is capable of reaching their full potential. Our experienced and dedicated team will guide you through the club by assessing and understanding your goals, you will be able to choose the training pathway that is right for you. This starts with 2×45 minutes free fundamentals of exercise sessions with a Personal Trainer.
